✅For us, on this occasion our daughter was relocating back to the UK, so had 3 suitcases and 2 hand luggage. So using the shuttle would just have been a pain.

✅We paid £10 to park at the Short Stay Car Park, if you check out the video below and continue reading I will explain how we kept the cost down. The bonus being, the cases all stayed on the trolley, making life easier for all of us.

🚗We start the journey on the M11 motorway southbound

☕🍴When we make this journey, we always stop at the M11 Birchanger services, so we can pop to the loo and if we still have time to kill have a drink and maybe a snack.

🚗The postcode for the M11 Stansted services is CM23 5QZ.

😎These services allow you to park very close to Stansted Airport for up to 2 hours for free. This gives you the opportunity to kill time before either the relevant flight lands or your passenger needs to be dropped off.

🚗Once it is time to leave the services we will be heading to the Stansted Short Stay Car Park. Our daughter kept us updated on her location at the airport and once she was through immigration we headed to the Short Stay Car Park.

💜For us on this occasion (especially as she was delayed 3 hours so landed at 3am) the £10 was worth every penny as it was so easy, she was in the car park with her trolley of luggage before we even arrived there.
